MD (Multi-Device) is a single platform that supports multiple repair and refurbishment services, for up to 40 devices simultaneously. The platform enables triage with automated and configurable flows, wipe to ensure that data is completely unrecoverable, and accuracy verification with audit trails and reporting. MD is a software-based solution that includes a management console that enables users to control and customize flows per station. I was in charge of creating the UX/UI and guidelines for all products. Working closely with PMs and DEVs.
